Ford hung the rear of these trucks on leaf springs, with four leaves under the 6.75-foot box and six under the 8-foot box, and chose the spring pack by GVWR package. Load the bed with fifth-wheel pin weight or a camper and the rear can sag, raising the nose and affecting headlight aim and braking. Air helper springs work alongside the leaves to carry that load. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 kit for this generation levels up to 5,000 pounds, runs from 5 to 100 psi and mounts under the frame rails, so it stays clear of fifth-wheel and gooseneck hardware on a 6.7L Powerstroke Super Duty.
What we carry
All of it comes from Air Lift. Helper spring kits include LoadLifter 5000 kits (57399, 57391, 57345 and 88339), LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate kits (88391 and 88399) and the LoadLifter 7500XL (57577). The 52300 and 52301 Ultimate Plus kits upgrade a LoadLifter 5000 setup to stainless steel. For onboard air there are WirelessONE compressor systems and tank kits, WirelessAIR compressor, tank and app-only control systems, and a 16192 replacement compressor. Load controllers come in single and heavy-duty dual versions. Spacers come in 2, 4 and 6 inch heights plus 4 and 6 inch angled versions, alongside a universal air spring cradle.
Fitment notes
The LoadLifter 5000 57399 fits 2017-2019 F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks and 2017-and-later F-450 4WD trucks. The 2011-2016 kit, 57396, is not interchangeable, so a kit from an older truck will not bolt on. Other kits here list ranges such as 2017-2022 or 2017-2023, and some accessories carry no year at all, so use the fitment checker. If the truck is lifted, measure the air-spring bracket gap after the lift.

Which LoadLifter kit fits my 2017-2019 Super Duty?
The LoadLifter 5000 57399 is listed for 2017-2019 F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks and 2017-and-later F-450 4WD trucks. Don't substitute the 2011-2016 kit, 57396, because the two are not interchangeable. For 2WD trucks and the Ultimate kits, check each listing's fitment.
My truck is lifted. Can I still run air springs?
Measure first. Lifted trucks may need spacers for the air-spring brackets, so check the bracket gap after the lift is installed. Air Lift's straight spacers come in 2, 4 and 6 inches, with 4 and 6 inch angled versions for trucks that need them.
Will the bags get in the way of my gooseneck hitch?
The LoadLifter 5000 kit for this generation mounts under the frame rails, which keeps it clear of fifth-wheel and gooseneck hardware. If the truck has been lifted, check the bracket gap as well.
