Automatic 6.0L Powerstroke Super Dutys have the 5R110W TorqShift, and its fluid spec is Mercon SP. Hot Shot's Secret lists approximately 7.5 quarts for it, and the actual total capacity is higher than that figure, so buy with some margin. The 2003-2007 units also use a bypass filter in addition to the main filter; replace both when the fluid comes out. Trucks with the ZF S6-650 six-speed manual take approximately 5.5 liters of a Mercon V / Dexron III type fluid.

Matching the fluid to your transmission
Not every bottle here belongs in a TorqShift. Several are labeled for other specs or other transmissions, such as Type F, ATF+4, Dexron VI and Mercon LV, and the G56 Severe Duty SAE 50. Before you pour, read the product page and confirm the fluid lists the spec your transmission calls for: Mercon SP for the 5R110W, or Mercon V / Dexron III type for the ZF manual. The Blue Diamond ATF+4/DEXRON III/MERCON V bottle names the Mercon V and Dexron III specs in its title, which lines up with the manual's spec. If you're unsure, call the shop before you fill.
Fitment notes
Confirm the transmission before the fluid. Early 2003 Super Dutys were still 7.3L trucks with the 4R100, a different automatic from the TorqShift, so check your VIN. The 5R110W stayed in use through 2010 behind the 6.4L, but 2008-and-later units carry their own calibration and service parts, so go by the spec your transmission calls for, not by what went in a friend's truck. Shift Restore is an additive, not a fluid; read its listing for how it's meant to be used.
