Dick Goodman founded Daystar Products in 1977 to serve the off-road and 4x4 crowd, and the company has built polyurethane suspension parts ever since. Daystar develops its parts in-house so it controls every step of manufacturing, and its polyurethane parts carry a limited lifetime warranty. A private equity company bought Daystar in 2018. In 2024 Berry Carter bought the company, and Daystar runs as a family-owned business again.

Daystar parts we stock for diesel trucks:
- Comfort Ride front leveling kits, 1" to 2.5", for 1994-2025 Ram 2500/3500 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins, 2WD and 4WD
- 1" and 2.5" Comfort Ride leveling kits for 2005-2025 Ford Super Duty 6.0L, 6.4L and 6.7L Powerstroke 4WD
- 2" leveling kits for the 2018-2021 F-150 3.0L Powerstroke and 2015-2018 Colorado/Canyon 2.8L Duramax
- 2.5" leveling kit for the 2014-2023 Ram 1500 3.0L EcoDiesel
- Polyurethane body mount kits for 1999-2007 and 2008-2016 Super Duty that replace the OE rubber mounts, sleeves and hardware
Heavy-duty diesels sit nose-down from the factory to allow for payload. Daystar's polyurethane spacers mount on top of the stock springs, so you level the rake and clear bigger tires while keeping the factory ride and load capacity. There is no metal-on-metal contact, so the spacers do not rust or add noise. Daystar notes the 2.5" Super Duty kit needs longer shocks, which are not included, and a wheel alignment is needed after you install a leveling kit.
