The XDP Tow Series Flex Plate XD659 will enhance the drivetrain in your Ford 6.4L Powerstroke 5R110. Manufactured for heavy-duty applications, this flexplate is designed to withstand the power of today’s high-horsepower engines. A 4 mm-thick center plate provides a strong foundation, while precision-welded ring gears are made using advanced robotic cold-welding techniques, meet strict SFI specifications. This flex plate undergoes rigorous quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring the durability and reliability that XDP’s customers have come to expect.

Some trucks may be equipped with one or two shims or spacers on either side of the OEM flex plate.
These shims or spacers will not be needed for installation of the XDP flex plate as it is thicker than the OEM flex plate.
Removal of any shims or spacers is necessary to ensure good thread engagement of the flex plate bolts to the crankshaft.
