The XDP Intercooler Hose & Clamp Kit is assembled with durable 6-ply silicone hoses that are more resistant to higher temperatures, elevated boost pressures, fuel, and oil. The constant tension t-bolt clamps provide you with superior holding power compared to standard clamps so these hoses will stay in place when installed on your stock or modified Powerstroke.

Application Notes:

2003-2004 applications will need to trim the 45-degree boot at the first internal rib for proper installation.

These hoses are for use with stock intercoolers or aftermarket intercoolers that utilize stock boots and tubes.

On 2005-2007 models, this kit is designed to be used with the updated Ford driver side charge air tube (6C3Z-6C640-AA). If the OEM plastic charge air tube is still equipped, the two boots included in this kit for the driver side connections will not be used.
