The XDP Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor XD1032 is an OE-style replacement for the failed EGT sensor on your Ford 6.4L Powerstroke. The EGT Sensors monitor exhaust gas temperatures and are critical components of the emissions systems on your truck. Each sensor is manufactured from high-quality materials for longevity and to provide a quick and accurate response to the electronic systems in your truck.

Sensor Mounting Locations:
This sensor can be used in 3 different locations in the exhaust system of the 6.4L Powerstroke trucks.
Location 1: Before the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) - In the bung on the pipe closest to the downpipe connecting flange, toward the front of the truck.
Location 2: After the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) - In the bung on the larger housing just before the DPF mounting flange, toward the rear of the truck.
Location 3: After the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) - In the bung on the pipe after the DPF, next to the exhaust hanger, toward the rear of the truck.
