The XDP Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor XD1024 is an OE-style, direct-fit replacement for the factory MAF sensor on Chevy and GMC 6.6L Duramax LB7/LLY/LBZ engines. When the original sensor stops providing accurate airflow readings, your engine could lose precise measurement of incoming air, which could result in drivability issues such as hesitation, rough running, or inconsistent throttle response. This XDP sensor restores correct airflow data to your engine's computer, restoring proper running conditions.

Each sensor is built with high-quality components and materials and is designed to deliver reliable operation, quick response, and accurate communication with your vehicle’s engine management system. The XDP MAF comes ready for installation right out of the box for a hassle-free replacement.

Features:
  • Direct-Fit Replacement
  • (MAF) - Mass Air Flow Sensor
  • Sensor Position: Bolts Into Air Intake Tube
  • Manufactured With Premium Quality Materials

Tech Tip:
The Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor is located in the intake air tube just after the air filter housing (air box) on the 2001-2007 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks equipped 6.6L Duramax engines. If you’re upgrading the intake system, such as installing a cold air intake, removal of the MAF sensor is typically required during this process. While replacing a functioning MAF sensor isn’t necessary, it’s generally considered a good practice to inspect, clean, or replace the sensor (if needed) when it’s removed for intake system service or upgrades.
