The flip side is that keeping the exhaust gases that spin your turbo hot results in a more efficient, faster-spooling turbo. This turbo blanket is made of volcanic lava rock on the outside and titanium woven fabric on the inside to protect against temperatures of above 1,760°F (960°C).
