Our 6.4L radiator features strong TIG-welded aluminum end tanks for superior durability and longevity that will keep your Powerstroke on the road and out of the shop. The Ford F250/F350/F450/F550 have different mounting designs than their predecessors, with two side mounting pegs which attach the radiator to the upper support. On the factory Super Duty radiator, solid side mounting pegs transfer force from the truck directly to the radiator, causing failures. The engineers at Mishimoto designed rubber mounting pegs, specifically for this truck, to reduce the flex force aimed at the radiator end tanks. The Mishimoto performance radiator retains factory fitment for an easy installation process and includes a magnetic drain plug to catch any debris in your cooling system.
