Upgrade the factory Air-To-Water Intercooler in your Ford 6.7L Powerstroke with the Mishimoto MMINT-F2D-17 Air-To-Water Intercooler. The factory intercooler in your 6.7L Powerstroke is known to fail and internal leaks can drastically reduce the reliability of your truck. Instead of the stacked plate design of the factory intercooler, Mishimoto's intercooler is built with cast aluminum end tanks and is precision welded to a robust bar-and-plate core. This intercooler is manufactured using cast end tanks, and instead of being cut and welded like other designs on the market, the cast end tanks eliminate other potential failure points.
Built for more than just increased durability, Mishimoto's Air-To-Water Intercooler flows 22% more than the stock unit. On the dyno, this translates to an extra 40 lb-ft of torque over stock. Mishimoto also adds a mandrel-bent cold-side pipe and silicone couplers with DuraCore Technology. Each Intercooler comes ready to install and is backed by Mishimoto's Lifetime Warranty. Includes Intercooler, mandrel-bent cold-side pipe, CNC-machined aluminum quick-disconnect coupler, (2) silicone boots, (4) clamps and mounting hardware. Tuning not required, works on stock and modified trucks.
