The Bilstein 24-302043 5100 Series Shock Absorber is designed for your lifted 2019-2024 Ram 2500 4WD (Rear) Lifted Height 0-1". 5100 Shock Absorbers deliver an improvement in ride quality, comfort, and handling. All 5100 Series Shock Absorbers are tuned specifically to each application to ensure you're getting the best performance for your vehicle. A monotube design provides the 5100 Series Shock Absorber with consistent, fade-free performance. A velocity sensitive, digressive piston on the 5100 Series Absorber reacts to changing road conditions.
