General Description
The Bilstein 24-238533 4600 Series Shock Absorber is a direct fit upgrade to the factory shock absorbers on your 2013-2018 Dodge Ram 3500. The 4600 Series Shock Absorber has a monotube design that results in a consistent performance. A velocity sensitive, digressive piston ensures that the 4600 Series Shock Absorber react correctly to changing road conditions so you can drive with confidence. All 4600 Series Shock Absorbers are tuned for each application so you can be sure your Ram is getting a custom performance.
