The Pureflow AirDog I1-5G A7SABD530 DF-220-5G Air/Fuel Separation System from SDS is the newest generation in fuel delivery systems for your 2019-2023 Ram 6.7L Cummins. The 5G is engineered to be the most efficient, longest lasting, and quietest lift pump system SDS has to offer.

The AirDog II-5G demand flow design allows the pump to only send the necessary amount of fuel to the engine The 5G features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that reduces pump noise and improves reliability.A dual feed design supplies fuel to both sides of the gerotor pump to decrease air bubbles and cavitation.

The 5G system features larger 3/4-16 O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports. A 7/16-20 (-4) low-flow return is used to prevent aeration in the fuel being sent to back to the tank.
