BDS is a game changer in performance of your 2011-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD truck with a 6.5-inch suspension lift kit with FOX 2.5 Coil-Over conversion. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37 Inch Tires.

These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increased travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort.

In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are upgraded to improve strength, travel, and accommodate the new coilovers. The new upper control arms are fabricated from large 1.5 Inch OD x .120-wall tubing, fully TIG welded for the highest quality, strength and durability.

To compliment the uppers, the new lower control arms are built from high strength steel, fully boxed with internally gusseted.

This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics.

Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, and a multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy duty skid plates built for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles.

These combined with the provided sway bar links, bump stop extensions, stainless steel brake lines, CV spacers, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.

In the rear BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Also for the rear is a u-bolt flip kit for max clearance and precision tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for ultimate off road performance.

FOX 2.5 Coil-Overs

FOX 2.5 coil-overs offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter coil-overs are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain.

Dual Speed Compression Adjust Adjustment

FOX 2.5 coil-overs are available with optional Dual Speed Compression Adjust (dual speed compression) adjustment to tune the high-speed and low-speed compression damping allowing for added control on-road with the ability to easily dial in more aggressive damping offroad. Tuning is a simple twist of the two clearly defined knobs with immediate feedback to dial it in for any terrain

HD Control Arms

Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these control arms are ready to bolt-in. The upper arms use 1.5 Inch OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment.

The new lower control arms are built from high strength steel, fully boxed with internally gusseted. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability.

Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.

1. A torsion bar tool is required to unload the torsion bars.
2. Requires frame bracket and differential modification.
3. Minor welding is required for coil-over mount installation.
4. Stock 17 Inch & 18 Inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
5. Stock 20 Inch x 8.5 Inch wheels with 6 Inch backspacing or less will fit with a max Tire size of 35 x 12.50.
6. Models with two piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop kit (121612).
7. Coilovers are preset for DIESEL engine models. The use of the coilovers on GAS engine models is not recommended due to providing too much lift. Available preload adjustment is typically not enough to achieve desired ride height.
8. Will NOT fit dually applications.

Rear Lift Option 5 Inch Block Kit Without Overload

Determine if your truck was manufactured with or without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs.

• 3 Inch block - Will result in a slightly tail-low stance.
• 5 Inch block - Will result in a level to slightly tail high stance, integrates a u-bolt flip kit with new spring plate.
