Your engine moves from side to side while driving. The Ram-Air system features flexible bellows that are placed to allow engine movement. The (cross-linked polyethylene) XLPE inlet tube slides under and through these bellows to deliver turbulence-free high-velocity airflow while sustaining a smooth bend into the turbocharger inlet. This decreases pressure loss in the intake and increases air density within the enclosed box for maximum power and throttle response.
